豆干2包 (Extra firm tofu 2 Pack)
大蒜 1顆 (1 Garlic)（宗教素的朋友可不用添加，religious vegan don’t need to add this）
薑 20g ( Ginger 20g)
八角2顆 ( 2 Star anise )
甘草1片 ( 1 Licorice )
淨斯烏龍茶2 Tsp ( Oolong tea 2 Tsp)（可用茶包做代替，can be exchanged with tea bags）
醬油1/4杯（soy sauce ¼ cup ）
醬油膏2 Tsp ( Soy sauce paste 2 Tsp )
辣椒醬2 Tsp ( Chili paste 2 Tsp )
糖 2 Tsp ( Cane sugar 2Tsp)
黑糖 2 Tsp ( Black sugar 2 Tsp)
油1/4杯( Cooking oil ¼ cup )
